Actively involved in the development of legal science and certification of scientific personnel.

Has experience working in the courts of the city of Kyiv, carried out individual advocacy activities, and since 2021 has been a senior partner of the Law Association “Matviets and Partners”.

Doctor of Law, specialist in the field of labor law and social security law. Author of a monograph, a textbook and numerous scientific publications devoted to local legal regulation of labor protection and protection of socio-economic rights. His research is presented in international scientometric databases

He worked as a lawyer and deputy general director in business structures, a consultant on economic issues, and has been practicing law since 2019.

Doctor of Law, specialist in the field of administrative, financial and information law. Author of a teaching manual and numerous scientific publications devoted to the administrative and legal provision of public security, the activities of law enforcement agencies and the legal aspects of digitalization.

Worked as a legal advisor in the public sector, carries out professional activities in the field of legal and security consulting, since 2025 – a member of the National Bar Association of Ukraine.

Candidate of Law, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the NAM. Researches criminology and crime prevention, in particular cybercrime and criminal law mechanisms in martial law. Author of scientific articles in publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, in particular on the restoration of juvenile justice in the post-war period (2025), the effectiveness of juvenile crime prevention programs (2024), combating cybercrime in martial law (2022). Author of the monograph “Prevention of involvement of minors in illegal activities” (2022) and the manual “Gender in Ukraine…” (2023).

Has practical experience in the legal field: worked as a social work specialist in the Kyiv City Right-Bank Center for HIV-infected children and youth, as a legal assistant in the private company “Amitex”, as an assistant to a lawyer. She heads the student research group “Gender Studies”, headed the academy’s research project “Legal Support for Public Relations in the Context of European Integration”.

Specialist in the field of environmental and criminal law, Master of Laws. Author of scientific articles devoted to criminal-legal counteraction to environmental offenses in the construction sector and international legal mechanisms for environmental protection.

Has experience as a lawyer and legal advisor in the private and public sectors, as well as an assistant to a lawyer. Director of the Legal Aid Center “Legal Clinic”, member of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, the Public Integrity Council at the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public Council at the Kyiv City State Administration.

Candidate of Law, specialist in criminal law and criminology. In 2018, she defended her dissertation on the criminal-legal analysis of illegal detention and detention (Article 371 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Author of scientific publications on criminal liability, military offenses and the application of the institution of parole. Member of the editorial board of the professional journal “Legal Science”, responsible executor of the research project “Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to EU Law” (2017–2019).

Since 2015, she has been working as a legal consultant in the private sector, and also provides scientific and legal consulting to legal organizations.

Professor with interdisciplinary expertise in the fields of law and economics: Candidate of Law and Doctor of Economics. In the legal field, he researches mechanisms for conflict resolution at the stage of pre-trial investigation, issues of criminal liability and anti-corruption policy. In economics, he focuses on state regulation of innovative and technological changes and strategic development of the national economy. Author of publications in publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, in particular on issues of combating corruption, criminal influence in post-Soviet countries, environmental and legal challenges in conditions of armed aggression and innovative development of the economy.

Editor-in-chief of the professional publication “Legal Science”, member of the editorial board of the journal “Actual Problems of Economy”. Has managerial and applied experience in scientific, expert and corporate spheres, in particular as the head of the Republican Expert Research Institute and a participant in the implementation of projects in business structures.

Lawyer and doctor by education, candidate of legal sciences. Scientific specialization – criminal-legal protection of patient rights and responsibility for their violation. In 2018, she defended her thesis “Ensuring the protection of patient rights in Ukraine: criminal-legal aspect”. Author of a monograph and a number of publications in professional Ukrainian and international publications, in particular on the humanization of criminal repression in the field of violation of patient rights and the phenomenon of patient victimization.

Works with legal mechanisms for patient protection and case support in the field of healthcare. Involved in scientific consulting for the “Medical Front” project, and also has experience in the field of legal insurance (SPARE).
